5 Months Old! Woo Hoo!

Wes turned 5 months last Sunday, I can't believe how much he has changed since last month. He now rolls over all the time, from back to tummy only. A couple of days ago he started doing the army crawl to get to things like his toys or the remote. Shocker that he loves the remote given who his dad is. We stopped feeding him rice cereal because he didn't really love it, but he does eat a half of a banana every night and he definitely LOVES that. Oh and my sister passed her PHR test in case anyone was wondering. Yay! for her.

Our little future quarterback!

Good Luck Michele!

My sister is taking a very important/hard test tomorrow, so everyone needs to send her "good luck thoughts". Michele, Wessy and I will be thinking about you all day tomorrow. I hope you get an A+ 100!

I had a hard time keeping the sign out of his mouth, so Josh had to hold his arms down. This is the best we got.

Wes has started rice cereal. Yay! He doesn't really love it or hate it he just eats it, and eats a lot of it.
Mommy feeding Wes
Daddy feeding Wes
I just wanted to show of his cute monster onesie I got from the beehive bazaar. My friend Whitney actually makes them. She is so freakin' creative it is ridiculous. Thanks Whitney!

Kind of sick story

I really never do "pictureless" posts, but i just had to tell everyone this story, even though it makes me look kinda bad. This week Wes got sick for the first time he has a really bad cold and an ear infection. On Tuesday he felt kind of warm so I took his temperature. I don't have one of the ear thermometers so I decided to take his temp in his bum (it is the most accurate spot). He did have a temperature of 100.7. Well he had been screaming bloody murder for over an hour and I was going crazy. I finally got him to sleep and I wanted to check his temperature again, but this time in his mouth since he was laying still. So I put the thermometer in his mouth and took his temp. After I took it out I realized i never washed it off after I had it in his butt. Yes, I put the thermometer in his butt then in his mouth. How sick is that? poor Wes. Am I the worst mom? In my defense his screaming had me totally frazzled and I wasn't even paying attention to what I was doing.
